Initiate Request

Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original silk marks and price tags intact to qualify for a successful return process.
Reverse Pickup
Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your delivery address; please provide the original invoice to the courier agent during collection.
Refund or Exchange Processing
Once the item passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchanged product within 5-7 business days.
